1. Who we are
SoldLens is a browser extension made by the SoldLens developer, an independent developer based in Costa Rica ("we" or "us"). By installing SoldLens or buying SoldLens Pro, you agree to these terms.
2. What SoldLens does
SoldLens adds research information to eBay search pages you open. The free version includes badges, sorting and a page overview. SoldLens Pro adds the sell-through rate, the price range buyers pay, a profit calculator, research across your searches and CSV export, and requires a valid license key. Its figures are estimates from what eBay shows: they are not financial advice, and eBay's fees can differ for your category or account.
3. Buying Pro
- Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and reseller of SoldLens Pro. Your purchase is also covered by the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
4. Your license
Buying Pro gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use SoldLens Pro in up to 3 browsers at a time. You may not share your license key publicly, resell it, or try to bypass the license check. We may deactivate keys that are shared or abused.
5. Using SoldLens with eBay
- SoldLens is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to eBay. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc.
- SoldLens is read-only: it doesn't click, bid, buy, list or load extra pages on eBay. You remain responsible for following eBay's own terms.
- eBay can change its website at any time, which may temporarily break some features. We'll work to restore them promptly.
6. Data and privacy
How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.
7. No guarantees
SoldLens is provided "as is". Sell-through rates, prices, fees and profit figures are estimates based on the results pages you are viewing. They are not a guarantee of sales, prices or income.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for SoldLens Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using SoldLens after a change, the updated terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, except where the consumer laws of your country give you additional rights.
